How to Use :
Our produce apply any size of rod and any type . Copper , Brass , Sterling Silver or 14k-18k Gold metal acceptable . Aluminum or Pure Silver will depend of surface .

Step 1 :
Plug all cable to machine . Power cable using 110v -220v (Let’s try ahead with the old dial before practicing on the new dial)

Step 2 :
Grinding spot where you want to soldering with sanding paper , It will make a good contact with Dial’s feet . Caution make sure you sanding spot same as old broken dial feet that important.

Step 3 :
Screw the Dial to machine and hold firmly . You can put a paper below your dial to protect it from scratch .
Step 4:

Prepare a Dial feet same as old type,size of broken feet . You can using copper rod in almost case .
Sanding a tip of rod and paste this tip with few soldering flux
Using alligator clip to hold it Firmly and put 90 Degree with the dial that really important .
Caution : make sure you replace feet will soldering same as old feet possition and size .
Put it straight 90 degree with the dial , Paste enought soldering flux in Copper tip to solder . If too much you will have big spot and not beautiful , if too less the solder spot not hold strong .

Step 5:
Take Carbon soldering tip , remove a protect brass tube .
Turn On the power .
Using your finger to hold down the alligator clip to make sure the copper rod contact with dial firmly .
Contact the carbon soldering tip with copper rod in 1-2 seconds you will notice a flash while contact ( do not closer to dial ) .
After that remove dial from screw . the Copper rod now soldered with dial , cut the rod same heigh with old dial .
All Done !

Note: Turn off the power when not in use, plug the correct power supply for each machine selection.
